ANyone watch Real Housewives of Atlanta??? Let me let you in on a little secret....
They arent in Atlanta... Also they arent as rich as the tv makes it out to be. I just got home and I live a in Large (very large) gated community. Who is in the middle of our community center frolicking in a sundress with her new boobs hanging out.. Kim from RH of ATL. All while they are filming her. A co-worker of mine met her at a restaurant near my house and I reacted like hmm why would they be here???
I dont live in Atlanta, I live north of Atlanta in a totally different county. Mostly Middle Class. My gated community is typical Middle class homes, tennis court, pool, fitness center, nothing exciting.
I found out that 2 of the women on the show live in my community. How the fvccck are they "real housewives of atlanta" when One they dont live in Atlanta and two they are not any better off than me and my husband.
She totally has a sugar daddy because I know I cant afford a brand new mercedes, new boobs and all the shopping I desire.
Makes me wonder if the OC and NY are really in those areas.

I noticed that we're both on the featured TTC stories thing and we're both pregnant. I wonder if the knot has a way of knowing who will get pregnant soon. Just kidding. It's still pretty cool though.

Figures, I guess I should actually watch the show. I have seen only maybe one or two episodes but I did watch the reunion. I wonder if kim was filming a music video hahaha!! With all the dancing around.

Still hoping and praying that it's a sticky UTERUS baby and not ectopic. But other than that, I'm exhausted all the time and my boobs are ridiculously sore. But I wouldn't trade tiredness and sore boobs for anything if it meant I was having this baby
How are you feeling these days? Tell me that I have something to look forward to. lol
Interesting!! I know that Kim had a sugar daddy (called Big Daddy) during the show but they've since broken up. Maybe in the case of Atlanta, some of them are REAL real housewives - i.e. people who live in normal homes!
I don't watch the NY version, but I do know there was some controversy because one of the housewives lives in Brooklyn (a nice area, but not "upper crust Manhattan").
I'm not such a fan of the Atlanta version, but I love the NYC version. I hadn't heard this before. Last I checked, Brooklyn was part of NYC - why would this be controversial?
Sorry to burst your bubble but my DH is not stationed at a base right now. So we are north of Atlanta as far as where we live in conjunction with his office. He was given a 3 year Recruiting Detail which you live as a civilian, no bases, pt, Px etc..
We are leaving here in January to move back to his duty station in Savannah Ga (just a couple hours south of here). Hunter Army Airfield/ Ft Stewart.

I'm in OC but don't know where they live for real - but some co-workers have seen the Housewives kids who waitress or waiter around. But Orange County is big and has various parts. And I know that all of the housewives don't live in Coto.

Controversy was probably not the right word for me to use- I didn't mean from the public, I meant from the other housewives. They all lived in ritzy parts of Manhattan - Upper East Side, etc. Alex and her husband live in Cobble Hill and rent out one floor of their brownstone.
Ah, yes - this isn't surprising - Alex is seen as a wannabe by the other housewives. She and her husband always seem to be trying too hard to break into the socialite scene.
Yeah the NYC housewives really live here I have seen some of them around. ?NY can't get away with much - they are being tracked on Page Six.
Kim is such a nut, that must have been interesting Mandee. ?Do you know who her Sugar Daddy is? I think she was trying to say it is some celeb.?
