Went into labor at work!

A woman at work just walked into the bathroom, breathing heavily and holding her back....and then her water broke!  She isn't due until the end of May, but it seems the baby is on it's way.  The practice leader just drove her over to the hospital...

I don't know if this usually goes on a "Worst Case Scenario" list, but it definitely will now!

TTC #1 since 02/2010, BFP on 1/24/11, EDD 10/5/11

    That was my fear, but I made it through.  That's a little early for a baby, but they should both be fine!  :)

    No kidding!  We were all pretty surprised, but it sounds like everyone is doing fine...and her husband met her at the hospital!

    This is exactly what I am dreading since I will be working up until I have the baby!  Every night when I say my prayers before going to be I say "Dear God, please keep me and the baby safe and also PLEASE do not let me go into labor at work!!"

    my last 2 weeks at work (weeks 36 and 37) are actually going to be very busy and a bit stressful w/ a major project.  I will not be shocked at all if I go into labor at work during that time.

    I got laid off from my previous job and now am waiting tables to get some extra cash.....I can't even imagine going into labor while taking someone's order

    I teach 2nd grade, and the stress sent me into bed for 2 days...I hope I don't go into labor teaching!! How do you explain why there is water rushing down the teacher's leg to a bunch of 8 year olds???
