Because I was the only one to show up to pick up our new car last week, they financed with just my name so DH didn't have to leave work to sign a piece of paper.
He just tried to link the loan account to our checking account so he could do online bill pay. They said I had to call and authorize it.
It took THREE people, and at least 15 minutes of my time, to make this happen. The first woman had no idea what I wanted, the second guy was in the wrong dept. and mumbled into the phone, and the 3rd person managed to get it done in about 10 seconds.
To top it all off, each of them said I was pre-qualified to get a Chase CC. I already have one, dummy. Should be right there on the screen in front of you.
