  Only 2 people responded, but you might want to check them out.

  Also, Ive been doing  a lot of research myself using this website: https://www.dleg.state.mi.us/brs_cdc/sr_lfl.asp

  Just type in the area you are looking for and then see is the center has any special investigation reports that might seem fishy.
