Ugh....I wish

I could just take a darn sudafed. Nothing seems to be clearing my sinuses, and this weather isn't helping. DH just brough me home some Vicks thing you put in the shower and the steam makes it work. I think I'm gonna try that in the am.

    I would think this early in your cycle it would be ok to take sudafed?

    Sorry...I didn't really clarify. I have a heart condition, and Sudafed and I do not get along.

    Aha) There is something called Sudafed PE which may be ok, but Corcidian is recommended for many people w/ heart conditions- check w/ your doctor if it's ok.

    The Sudafed PE is a no-go, but I have tried the Coricidan. It works well for chest congestion, but nothing seems to be helping my sinuses lately. I've been netti potting almost daily. *sigh* Gotta love allergy season.

    Thanks. It'll pass in a few weeks, once the weather makes up it's mind and stops going back and forth from spring to winter daily. It's just frustrating to have a sinus headache for a month.

    I use Corcidian and it works for me! I'd recommend taking it!
