I was craving a fruit smoothie yesterday. A new store, Smoothie King opened by me and I went there for a snack between lunch and breakfast. There were so many smoothie choices but I finally decided on one. Would you believe that 3 of 60 fruit smmothis they have are not reccommended for pregnant women and of course it was one of the ones I chose. Apparently it had some caffeine supplement in it. I read the fine print in the pamphlet (menu) only after I drank the damn thing. Baby must have been bouncing around like crazy after that treat.

Thanks for the warning. I looked up the cals before I left my house cause I am a little anal like that. This one only had 330, not too bad. Too bad they did not post the info online about the not reccommeded for pregnant women issue.
