Clomid 'crazies'?

So, I've did have side effects last time I took Clomid but it was a low dose (50mg) and it didn'nt do anything for me anyway.

When people say "the clomid crazies" are you basically talking about wild mood swings going from lashing out, to crying, to wanting to 'kill someone' for doing something stupid? Because wow, I was all over the place last night (last day of pills)!

    Yup, I had a bad case of the clomid crazies when I cycled on it.  The good news is, the s/e's will go away shortly after you take the last pill.  Good luck!
    TTC #1 w/ endo since Sept 2005. After many losses, a lap, tons of meds and tons of testing and, one failed IVF cycle, we were blown away with a surprise, sticky BFP...it's a girl!!! Lilypie Second Birthday tickers

    YES!!  That was exactly what I had!  Sorry to say, it didn't get any better with the following cycles.  When I went to injectables, I didn't have those mood swings.
    Clomid x 2 cycles .....     OK, thank you that explains the crazies - I was plotting how to smother DH with a heart shaped bean bag pillow for snoring last night, and it wasn't like he was snoring loudly, it was just royally pi$$ing me off!  HA!

    I didnt really have the on 50mg....it was a 100mg that made me crazy. Mostly hot flashes, night sweats, and a very short temper. Oh and it makes me crave carbs and junk....so I usually gain weight on it too. Great.
