The book The Harvard Medical School Guide to Healthy Eating During Pregnancy was pretty good. I read it while TTC. It has a section dedicated to TTC. It goes through all the food and supplements and medications that are good/bad for TTC and pregnancy. It was a good read and explained WHY certain nutrients are important to have or avoid. It wasn't exactly new information, but the standard eat healthy, whole grains, fruits and veggies, low fat, no smoking, no alcohol, limit caffiene.
