XP- Toxic crib mattress?

I was planning on purchasing the Simmoms Health Assure crib mattress from Sears.ca as I thought it was considered 'safe', however, after doing a little research, I have found that it contains polyurethane foam which can be dangerous. Now I am not sure what to do. Is anyone else concerned about 'toxic' mattresses? What did you decide to do?

    I haven't looked into things yet but I'm might go organic for the mattress.  There are enough chemicals on everything else for baby.

    I am going to get an organic mattress and bedding. For me it is worth it to have fewer chemicals in the baby's bed. I just don't trust how they make a lot of things these days.?

    Costco has a crib mattress that's made with organic cotton - I'm not sure that it's fully organic, but might be a good in-between option for less money - it's about $130 compared to most organic ones that are at least $250-400...we're still debating...
