Can't seem to stop

crying. I know it's only cycle 4, and it's normal to take up to a year to get pregnant, but...I had such high hopes this cycle. Since AF showed up this afternoon, I keep crying on and off. Sorry....just had to vent.

    Don't apologize.  It is normal to get frustrated and disappointed.  I do it too.  Cry, eat icecream, drink wine and then try again :)

    Sorry your feeling down. Every cycle that ends in Af is hard. Can you watch a movie or go out w/ Dh to get your mind off of it?

    Some cycles are rougher than others.  Eventually the sadness over your last cycle will turn into excitement and hope for this one.  And so the cycle goes until your BFP.

    I am sorry you are having a rough time.  We have all cried many tears in the TTC process. It doesn't get much easier either.

    Take a deep breath take a step back. Cycle four is a fairly short amount of time. I'm not implying that your pain is any less, but take it from me and all the others who have been through hell & back with TTC, save your tears for later and try to remain hopeful.

    Have a glass of wine tonight. Good luck this cycle!
