Disclaimer - I know it's been asked before, but weekends are dead around here.
For me it was the swelling I had for the last 6 weeks of my pregnancy. By the time I was induced at 38 weeks, I had severe edema from my belly button down. I could barely squeeze into my baggiest maternity jeans because my legs were so swollen. It only got worse after I had DS because I was pumped full of IV fluids for 36 hours. I didn't even start to feel back to normal until DS was about 2 weeks old.
I'll take m/s over that horrendous swelling any day. I'm going to ask my ob how/if I can avoid that from happening next time because it seriously made me question having another baby for a while (yes, it was that bad).

I love these two beautiful children!
The clothes: by the end of the pregnancy I wanted to burn them all.
The terrible swelling I had the last couple of weeks due to my severe pre-eclampsia. I could not find any shoes that would fit. Even my flip flops were too tight as were the three-sizes-bigger-than-normal shoes that I bought.
I had severe edema starting at about 5 months. It was painful to bend my knees. It didn't go down until I was put on diuretics after returning to the hospital the day after I went home with ds - turns out I had fluid building up on my lungs.
I was like you, Icky. For the first couple months after having ds, I seriously questioned whether I wanted to have another child after all I went through. I plan on asking my doctor about all my issues at my annual appt. this summer. I know I'll have extra eyes on me this time, so I'm not too worried, but I want to know if there's a way I can prevent alot of what happened to me.
Not being able to sleep on my stomach. Which resulted in not being able to sleep at all. I am such a stomach sleeper. Sleeping on my sides gave me leg cramps and I can NOT sleep on my back. I got more sleep after having Mitchell and he was up every 2 hours.
That and in the 3rd tri, I had major food aversions. I didn't hardly eat at all. Still wondering how I gained so much weight though...?

being immuno-suppressed and catching every.single.bug that came along. The colds were fine, but 3 weeks of the flu with nothing but Tylenol was the worst thing ever.
ETA: I thought of something else. Baby hiccups. So freaking annoying.
Hmm....let's see:
Yep, pretty much a nightmare.
severe swelling from 5 months on, not being to fit into my "fat shoes" at the end, ribs spreading... I ended up with 2 dislocated ribs in the end.
Other than that... I had a great pregnancy!
Struggling to shave my legs
Struggling to cut my toe nails
Having to go for a non stress test every week
being put on bed rest
being extremely swollen
Being told constantly that I wasn't drinking enough water
