I try to, but my sleeping schedule has been all over the place this pregnancy so there are times where I'll have switched myself to being the opposite of him - or sometimes over his weekends we'll both switch because we'll have something going on during the day. But when we are on opposite schedules we rarely see one another, so we like to try and stay on the same hours
