Can I use a George Foreman grill for this? I don't know why, but we have one ... I want to toss it but I feel like I might be able to use it for something?
I use foccacia (sp?) and a George Foreman. Make sure you outside of the bread with some olive oil and a little sea salt -YUM!
If you don't have a George Foreman you can wrap a brick in foil and push down on a panini cooked in a frying pan. You get the same effect just not the "panini lines."
Re: Paninis - How do you make yours?
