Reducing salt intake. Upping water intake. Going to a pool -- the water pressure from just being in the water can help move the fluid out. Prenatal yoga -- it can loosen up your joints and encourage more circulation to move the fluid out.
when I drink tons of water it helps and I prop them up on like 4/5 pillows and they go down some ... nothing really keeps them down though as soon as I'm up and about then poof !!
I walk 40+ minutes every morning, prop my feet up under my desk at work, drink 100+ oz of water a day, prop my feet up on the ottoman next to the couch while watching tv at night, and most days DH will massage my feet/lower legs.
When I was pregnant with DD, my feet and ankles were so swollen for just about the entire 3rd tri. They were so huge I looked like I had club feet. I decided to spend an entire day sitting in the recliner with my feet propped up on a few pillows. I really only got up whenever I needed to go to the bathroom. Well, the only thing that resulted from that was the most horrible charlie horse in my right leg later that evening. It came on so quickly that I start yelling in pain. DH thought I was in labor. LOL

Good suggestions ladies, especially the clown shoes! I have also tried walking (I was walking 3 miles/day) but since they've been swollen it's kind of uncomfortable to walk much.
Mine just started swelling again this week after being fine since mid 2nd tri. I noticed that they seem to be a little better when I make sure to drink plenty of water. Try to stay away from salty foods but if you're like me and you don't notice the swelling till after you've been munching on chips and guacamole for an hour....flush it out w/water. GL!
Maternity compression hose or socks. Although not sexy, I wear them at work when I'm on my feet for 12 hrs and surprisingly I still have ankles at the end of the day. All PP are right on target too: water, salt, elevated feet. I still can't seem to find clown shoes in my size.....*snicker*
I have horrible swelling in my feet and ankles. Toes too! I was using ice...that helped with the pain but not the swelling. I have found that using a heating pad while they are elevated actually makes the swelling go down. The heat should improve circulation.
My prenatal massage therapist said that massage makes it worse. But I do rub the arches occasionally. I think the muscles and tendons get stiff from walking funny on puffy feet.
I've been wearing my slippers everywhere (even work). None of my other shoes fit, even my sneakers without laces. I think I have gained a shoe size, if not more. Looking forward to a new shoe collection in a few months!
Mine were TERRIBLE. I drank lots of water but the only thing I could do was to ice them at night while elevated. My DH would have to massage them every night too. If he didn't they hurt so bad the next morning I couldn't walk. Nothing I found made a huge difference. I also pretty much started wearing only flip flops which just made it a little more comfortable.
Re: Have you found anything that really helps your swollen feet/ankles?

I know what I don't recommend doing...
