Anyone have a dating U/S after their 1st appt

I just got back from my 1st dr visit.  The dr said I should be 8w 2d, when she did the u/s she said you look 6w.  Then she used the machine and measured and it came out 8w.  She said she didn't believe that and has me coming back in on Monday for a u/s with one of their techs.  She said everything looked good with the baby and we saw the heartbeat, she just wants to be sure on timing since I will likely have to have a repeat C-Section.  Has this happened to anyone else?

    At my first appt I thought I was 6w 1d (I couldn't 100% remember my LMP).  The dr said he thought my uterus was more like 7 or 8 w.  Since I will have a repeat c-section the dr said an accurate date was very important for scheduling purposes so we had a sonogram at our second appt to get an accurate due date.
