I knew a Wylie growing up - he was a childhood friend of my brother's. His older brother was name Robey. And they had a younger sister named Elizabeth (Lizzie) - weird that she had a normal name. Anyway, the family was friends with my family and they were a wonderfully weird, laidback, creative bunch. I always thought Wylie's name fit him perfectly. He just owned it. So while it's personally NMS, I can't say I totally hate it because it brings back fond memories of a great kid. Although I don't like the "Wylee" spelling.

My husband's name is Wylie (yes, like the coyote, and yes his dad did it on purpose). It totally suits him. Its a unique name and everyone remembers it.

Not a fan of the spelling Wylee though...
