I just got back from yoga at Universal Spirit in Naperville, and it was wonderful!!! I highly recommend attending here!

    I went there from 36-39 weeks, I wish I would have started sooner!  They are so nice, one of the teachers even sent Elliott a beautiful knit hat when he was born.  I like that you can buy sessions instead of having to go to the same class every week.
