My Mom's famous!!! Kinda. :)

So if you watch Mythbusters and watched it last night you probably saw my Mom's awesome knitting skills! ?:) ?My parents like to watch Mythbusters, my Dad likes to watch Kari Byron. ?;) ?My Mom made a pair of gauntlets and sent them to Kari b/c she saw her wearing a pair on an episode last year. ?Kari wore them on the show! ?:) ?They're bright red and you only see them in one shot apparently (we have it DVR'd and haven't watched it yet) but it's just so cool! ?My Mom actually got a signed photo from Kari too thanking her for them. ?:) ?I just wanted to share b/c I thought it's really cool. ?:)

    She really seems like a great gal! ?:) ?And can I just say that it tickled my Mom pink that she wore them! ?She was over the moon! ?I assume you know her personally? ?That's awesome. ?:)

    Personally, yes.  Through college, and after.  Sadly, I don't live near her any more.

    She's a total sweetheart.  We had GREAT times together.  And she's much prettier in person :)
