I wish I could check myself for dilation

Not that dilation necessarily means birth is imminent, but I'm still curious. A week between OB appointments seems to take FOREVER these days!

I thought about this earlier this week. I'm getting anxious for next week -- for internal, GBS test (ok not excited about that), and a growth scan.?

haha but what if you kept checking and were constantly disapointed. when my OB said I was HALF a cm yesterday i nearly cried!

I couldnt agree more...every cramp and tightness I feel I convince myself it means I am dilating...
