  Woah! Gross! hahaha! I'm sure she won't get sick. DS loves to suck on lemons and limes, and people always give me the dirtiest looks at restaurants when I let him. If they like it, why not?

  Sorry I had to butt in here but DH is a dentist and although the lemon/limes aren't bad for a baby with no teeth the acids in them will weaken the enamel of you baby's teeth and make them more susceptible to cavities.  By all means let you baby suck lemons if you enjoy the thought of taking him/her to the dentist for preventable procedures as a toddler.  Ok, stepping off of soapbox.
