Knowing you can't have what you want! I so badly want an arby's roast beef with arby sauce. We have $50 for groceries to feed 5 people the next 7 days. Arby's is not in my future. To make matters worse, I am one those people who constantly think about what I want and end up torturing myself even more!!
Re: The worse thing about cravings...
I am with you on the money thing.?
?
I want Mexican like nothing else, but we can't afford for me to indulge either! Maybe you can get some sandwich meat roast beef and kind of make your own arby's knock off lol.?
I thought about buying the roast beef, and going by arbys just for a packet of sauce. LOL. They really should sell the sauce in jars!
?
DO IT! Go in and say you just went thru the drive thru and didn't get enough sauce lol!?
I only have $6 on me and I so want a tuna melt from quiznos... i can't use my CC because DH and I are working on paying them off =(

Rainbow babies:First of all, we can have Arby's sandwiches?!? I thought it was off limits, due to the whole "no lunchmeat" thing. If that's true, ARRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHH. I've been depriving myself for nothing!
And I feel your pain about not being able to afford it. We're cutting back to eating out together only once a month, and limiting ourselves to $20 a month for snacky out food stuff, like a drive through McNugget craving. I really REALLY want BBQ now thanks to another poster on here, but instead I'll be having PBJ. Again. :P
And I am, too, one of those people who torture themselves thinking about what they can't have. Especially when it comes to food. I've been craving a cold, thick, lunchmeat sandwich since around 14 weeks. *sigh*
If you are really THAT worried about the lunch meat, you can put it in the microwave for a few seconds. However, I haven't stopped eating lunch meat, dh works at Penn Station, nor have I stopped eating my over easy eggs. I read one day that someone was craving them and couldn't wait until they had their baby. LOL. Some things you really shouldn't worry about. Also, if your trully concerned, ask your ob. I would hate for you to torture yourself for the rest of your pregnancy, for no reason!
