I'm keeping most because we planning on having another baby right away. I do have a few things that just weren't practical or were too small by the time I went to wear them, so those things I'll sell on Ebay.
I'm not sure what to do with mine. We want to have more but not for a few years (this is a surprise for us, we weren't planning any for a while). So I don't know if I should just keep everything in a box for a few years or do something else with it.
I'm keeping mine for the next time around...I really only have basics (yoga pants, maternity tees and tanks) and a few tops that are more "fancy" (i.e. not tee shirts).
After my last (planned) pregnancy, I'll either give them to a friend and/or donate them to Goodwill.
Your options didn't fit exactly what I plan to do. I plan to keep mine, but to let pg friends in the future borrow them. My friends all label their mat clothes with their names and box up to send to the next pg friend who may be able to fit into them. At the end of your pg, you're supposed to send back to the friend who appears on the label. I was very disappointed that none of my friends in this group had clothes that would fit me. So, I'm definitely going to keep mine til someone close to my size in this group gets pg. Two are currently trying, so we'll see!
A lot of my tops, especially the basic long-sleeve tees, barely fit me halfway through the pregnancy so I'm hoping to use them as non-maternity shirts too.
And, um, I'm going to wear demi-panel work pants as looooong as possible afterward. No one will know!

We aren't going to try for #2 until 2-4 years from now, but I'm still going to keep everything.
I'm keeping the jeans and work pants and will loan them to friends. ?I'm donating the shirts - I hate them and am so sick of looking at them (maybe next time I'll buy more than five!)
a lot of what i have isn't even maternity -it's just larger sized regular clothing that stretches - which I will keep.
the true maternity stuff I trade back and forth with a friend of mine- our pregnancies are always a year apart... though, this time i will tell her she can keep it all for good - no need to give back! We are done.
Keeping for now. Took a while for my body to go back to a regular shape so I had to stay in them for a few months PP. And I don't know if we are going to have a #3 or not. If we decide not to, I will likely sell or give them away then. But until that time, into storage they go.
We plan to start TTC again when baby's about 1, so I'm keeping mine. Honestly, when I'm done having kids, I may keep some of them, especially the yoga pants. The rest I'll give away/sell.
some i will keep around to wear b/c they are SOO comfy and don't scream maternity (if anyone has the scoop necked long sleeve tee from Gap they know what i mean). Some I will pack away because i liked them but can't wear them- and the last of the group I will donate/ get rid of. I have quite a few pieces I am not a fan of at all.
EDD with #4 01-20-14 Proud mama to a boys- 6/17/09 - a girl 2/23/11- and a boy 8/20/12
I'm done after this one so I will sort through it all. I bought a lot of things in bigger sizes (and not necessarily maternity). I was in pre-preg clothes within 10 days of my DS being born. So I'm hoping i'm just as lucky this time around. If thats the case i'll most likely:
- Consign the nicer, more expensive things
- donate things like t-shirts, lounge-wear, etc that no one would want/buy at a consignment shop
- keep anything non-maternity that still fits and looks decent.
