delayed period after clomid?

Hi there,

I took clomid for 6 months and did two IUI's with no success. Took this month off and now, on day 30, still no period. I normally get it between days 25 and 28. I have my normal pre-period symptoms, but no period yet. Did anyone experience delayed periods or any other kind of problems after taking clomid? Maybe this is normal. In the 3 years we've been trying, I've only gone over 28 days about 5 or 6 times. I know better at this point though, to get my hopes up.

    Do you chart? Do you know when you oed? You could have just oed later as your body is coming off the hormones.

    you've done 6 months of clomid?   Is your doc looking at other options at this point?   How were you monitored on clomid?

    Sometimes it lengthened my cycle, sometimes it shortened it. I'd tell you everyone is different, but you might get mad at me.

    Take a test, see what it says, and go from there.
