I made it to 3 months! I honestly never thought this day would come - I mean, my goals used to be to make it to the next feeding. I'm so proud of myself. Next up: 6 months!

thats really good! at first i was like one year, definitely one year. now i'm like what am i nuts? my next goal is 6 mo. too. i think once he's on solids i will stop. eh who knows.

Congrats! It feels great, doesn't it? I know in the beginning I set a three month goal and didn't imagine I'd make it. 6 months, here I come!! Keep it up!

I hear you. My first goal was to get out of the colostrum. I would love to get to 6 months myself. Wow, it can be really exhausting, though, can't it?

It is totally exhausting, but at least I enjoy it now. And now I'm kind of obsessed with getting to 6 months (and then maybe a year). I'm also thinking of waiting to do solids until 6 months, but we'll see. If she starts showing signs that she's ready earlier than that, we may give in.

Awesome. My goal is to make it to six months. I am not pumping at work though so I am afraid my supply will not last. It is fine so far but I have not stayed all day yet and it is only my 3rd day. GL on the six month goal!

How many hours are you at work? I'm pumping every 2 hours - 4 sessions each day.

No possitive BF stories here! You are giving me a complex since I BF, FF and pump.

How many hours are you at work? I'm pumping every 2 hours - 4 sessions each day.

So far I have only made it 6 hours at work, but I work an hour away. I have gone from 6am (when I feed and pump) to about 2pm so far. I pump when I get home and I stop at 8 oz and feed her the rest of the night from me. But when I work a full day I will go from about 6am to 4 or 5pm. That is when I think my supply won't last. But she has been sleeping about 9 hours every night for 2 or 3 weeks and it hasn't dried up yet so there is hope!

Congrats to you!!!! I feel the same way.. tomorrow will be 6mos which was my first goal.. now we'll see if I can make it to 9mos. You should be very proud of yourself.

I realized DD will be 5 months tomorrow, and now I only have a month until my regular goal of 6. Suddenly, I'm sad at the thought of not breastfeeding her. Maybe I'll extend it..........I must be crazy.

That's awesome!

My goal was 6 months, then when I had to EP I just wanted to make it through cold and flu season. I made it to 5.5 months EPing.
