Well I ran the day I went into labor with Olivia, which was Saturday..had her Sunday, went home Monday, went to the gym on tuesday for a walk for 30 minutes and on the elliptical for 15 minutes! I am not 10 weeks pp and am up to about 90-120 minutes per day, but it is hard to find the time with two under two! (i would not recommend this for everyone, but I was VERY in shape before pregnancy and during pregnancy!)

I started working out at 3 weeks PP. ?

Heehee.
I got the okay at 6 wks, but really still only do walking. I'm l.a.z.y.
