We are outside as much as possible!! We go on walks (me walking, DS in the stroller, and also him walking), we go to the park, we play in the backyard. We do a ton of arts and crafts. We will go visit friends and family, run errands, etc. It is really hard to be home ALL day EVERY day! We are on a really good routine for the times we are home in terms of meals, nap, bedtime, that kind of thing and that really helps too.
Most days DD is awake around 8, so we get up and have breakfast. Then I usually play in her playroom with her for a while or we go to the library or run errands. She naps around 11:30 until about 2 or 2:30. If we didn't go out in the morning, I try to get out with her in the afternoon. We either eat lunch at home first or we bring it with us to go to the mall or on errands. We live in the Northeast so it's been a long winter! Now that it is getting nicer we will go for walks or to the playground. Also, at least once a week I meet up with another SAHM and her two kids to play together. If we are home in the afternoon she plays in her superyard while I clean and then we just hang together...read books, play with her toys, etc. I try to leave the tv off unless we are listening to music. Then when her dad gets done with work he plays with her while I cook, we have dinner and then we hang with her until bedtime. During that time we either do a bath, read, play in her playroom...It's hard to come up with a lot of unique ideas while she is still this young. I am excited for her to reach an arts-and-crafts stage so we can do more interesting activities!
I leave the house at least once a day. While the weather is nice, we play outside a lot.
DD only has one nap, so during her nap I try to prep dinner. When she took 2 naps, I'd shower during her morning nap. I always make a list of stuff I want/need to accomplish. I make a menu sometimes, too, so I'm not dwelling on that all day. And I'm pretty flexible - if DD is having a rough day and I can't take her out, we just stay home. Or if she's having a rough day and I HAVE to get out of the house, we find something to do. Sometimes we just walk around Target or the grocery store. I only grocery shop for a few days at a time, so there's always something to pick up.
For a long time, my goal is to give DD a new experience at least once a week. Sometimes it's a new craft project, or going somewhere new, or inventing a new game.
We have zoo passes and use those a lot when we need to get out. It's free to go, so I don't feel like we have to spend all day there. I pack a lunch and it makes for a great morning.
7 am - breakfast 8 am - shower, dressed, grooming crafts or toys 10 am - snack crafts or toys 12 pm - lunch 12:30-2:30 - nap 2:30 - snack 3-4:30 - errands out of the house 5:30 - dinner 7 - bedtime

I am with the other posters- I always try to get out of the house at least once a day. ?It keeps both Eva and me sane!
Here's our typical day:
7:30- wake up and play
8-breakfast and play (Eva is at her most independent at this time so I do housework while she plays)
9- I shower, we both get dressed for the day
10-12- errands or outings (grocery shopping, mall, zoo, park, playground, museum)
12- lunch
12:30-2- play outside, do crafts, read, etc
2-4- nap (I do homework and/or laundry, vacuuming, yard work (DH works from home so I can be outside and not worry about DD))
4-6- walk around the neighborhood, color, play
6- dinner
7- get ready for bed (bath, jammies, books)
8- bedtime?
