Constipated? Try Raisin Bran Crunch

I don't eat it every morning, but I think I'm going to start. Every morning I've eaten it, it's done wonders for me!

  • Even better, go for a cereal that has lots of Soluble fiber, like Fiber One Raisin, Oat Bran, or eat a Fiber One yogurt or poptart that they just came out with.  Fiber One will clean you out every time!
  • I had been eating activia yogurt for the first couple of weeks, but now the thought of yogurt (or typing about it right now) makes me cringe and gag! Gross!Ick!

    While I could stand it that worked well for me. For some reason Fiber One products just give me lots of gas. It's like they talk the talk without walkin the walk!

    I'm much relieved to have found a substitute for my activia.

  • I wondered what was up with the constipation getting better, I just started eating this for breakfast the other day.  It is so yum.

  • I have had good results with the Total with cranberries too, yum!
  • Hi Ladies, constipation is no fun! I have been eating at least 20 g of fiber/day and its worked great. I eat a english muffin with double fiber topped with tomatoes and cheese, activia light, an apple and 2-3 kiwis a day. it keeps me regular. There is also an apple cinammon instant oatmeal with 6 g of fiber too.
  • One fiber one bar does the trick for me, about an hour and a half after eating, I am going nicely however it is accompanied by some nasty gas, so I eat it on my way home from work haha
