My mom picked up a brochure on the Baby Jogger City Series stroller that a sales lady was showing another couple. I really liked the fact that you could fold it with one hand! The model that I am looking at is kind of expensive, however I found a website that is selling a 2008 model for $100 cheaper. I'm thinking I'll have to take advantage. I've read many, many positive reviews, but just thought I'd ask to see if anyone has one of these strollers and what they think.
Re: Anyone have a Baby Jogger City Stroller?
Hi. I have the City Mini for one child. My BFF also has one for her baby. The one hand fold is amazing and it really is that easy to use. I have held my 24 lb 10 month old with one hand and closed and put the stoller in my car. I have a Prius and it does not have the biggest trunk and it fits well. It is stable if you need to hang some shopping bags on it. Has a huge canapy and can lean back 150 degrees for sleeping. I think our baby will grow well into it because it's a decent size. My BFF bought it because she has to fold with one hand and carry it up 4 flights of stairs to her apartment.
Only negative I have for it is that it doesn't sit completely upright. So unlike the McClaren products, it starts off with a slight recline, so for the babies that like to lean forward, it's a little harder for them.
