We had the little one (graco travellite I think). It was great for when he was a newborn, and he didn't like it after that anyway. We were happy with it.
We also had an arms reach cosleeper (the regular size- it is a PnP too). It is heavier than most PnP's but we didn't mind that. We liked that it attached to our bed as a cosleeper, which is why we picked that one. I recommend because of that.
I think when it comes down to it it doesn't matter at all. Just pick a fabric you like for a reasonable price. All the extra features and stuff are not that big of a deal.
we have the graco deco. I really like it, but it was probably one of the baby items we could have done without, at least for a while.
It was mostly used as a changing table for us in the living room. Although, now it is somewhat useful to bring with when we need a babysitter during nap or bedtime though.
But, we coslept, so if you were going to use it as a bassinet, it would be well worth it.
FWIW, I don't think the baby trend ones are highly rated, but I don't remember. I highly recommend going and testing them out. Take them down and put them together again, and then decide. We really wanted the chicco play yard but it was nowhere near as easy as the Graco one, so we got the graco.

We have the FisherPrice Ocean Wonders P N P. It is a little on the heavy side but I like the toys that came with it and I got a GREAT deal on it. My mom has a Graco- it is lighter weight.
Cons: Difficult to put together the first time (althought it's a breeze now that we know what we're doing), The changing table parts don't fit into the travel bag (but I think this is true of almost every one)
I think I remember the reviews of the Baby Trend one not being so good.
Thanks for all the information. After looking at the Baby trend I don't think I am going to get it. Plus they did have a cheaper graco that I think we are going to get as we are only using it as a "travel Crib" for now & a play yard once he gets bigger.
Re: What Pack-n-Play.Play yard do you have?

We have the Chicco one.
Pros: Attractive looking, sturdy,
Cons: Difficult to put together the first time (althought it's a breeze now that we know what we're doing), The changing table parts don't fit into the travel bag (but I think this is true of almost every one)
