I use to hate yogurt, but I now like the Dannon Light and Fit (60 calories!). I like the blueberry and vanilla flavors.
What is your favorite brand and flavor of yogurt?

TTC #2 for a million years: SA normal, CD 23 bloodwork shows nothing amiss, ovulation detected. Next step: ? maybe CD3 bloodwork to check eggs? All out of pocket, so limited IF tests/treatments.

My DH is a yogurt connoisseur. (He eats at least 3 cups a day.)?His favorites are Cascade Fresh Boysenberry, Dannon Coffee, and Brown Cow nonfat Plain. Also, Wallaby nonfat Bartlett Pear, Rachel's Pink Grapefruit & Lychee, and Brown Cow Cream Top Maple.?
Cascade Fresh is great because it is sweetened with fruit juice concentrate instead of sugar or aspartame.?
The brown cow nonfat plain is really creamy for nonfat. I like it with honey. DH likes it with brown sugar.
I used to like black cherry flavor and not be picky about the brand but since DH converted me I pretty much hate all store-brand yogurt, Yoplait, Yami, and anything with aspartame.
Dannon Coffee is the best. They've been making the same recipe for decades in that little yellow pot... it's so good!!!?
I can't stand any with artificial sweeteners... I like the regular Yoplait fat free. I'm not too picky though. I like black cherry flavor probably best. But any of the berry ones except blueberry are good. I actually like lemon and orange too which I know is weird.
I LOVE Ben's whole fat yogurt though - Little Yami's. YUM. They're so creamy and good. But they have 5 grams of fat and that seems like a waste for yogurt.
I'd rather eat some ice cream for that.
Yup - us, too... Trader Joe's Greek yogurt. Completely fattening, but I only get the leftover teaspoon or so after my guys chow down on one container.
I just started reading labels and am trying to go for the natural ones without all of the additives and high fructose corn syrup. Tillamook is pretty good and you can usually get it on sale somewhere.
Most yogurts are either super sugary/artificially sweetened (which is gross and negates the health benefits) and/or contain gelatin (which i don't eat), so my options are limited. I like nancy's plain low-fat if i'm not eating it on its own (i.e., fruit salad or adding fresh or frozen berries), but usually buy cascade fresh. Its flavor, texture and ingredients get my vote.
I also like the fig greek yogurt at trader joes. Yum! But it's a special treat, usually for dessert.
