after 3 long weeks of moving ( we had to stay at the in-laws for 2.5 weeks until our condo was ready) we are finally moved in! although we still have a ton of packing
anyway b/w living there and now moving in here DD's schedule has gone out the window! i'm trying to get her back on some sort of schedule and just wondering what a typical schedule is for a 9 month old. thanks!
also unrelated but so i don't have to post twice what is your dc eating schedule like? how much oz of solids and formula/ breast milk are they getting and how much table food??
Re: please share your 9 month old schedule!
6:30 am wake
6:45 am 7 oz bottle
8 am breakfast (1/4 cup oatmeal, 1/2-1 stage 2 fruit, maybe part of a mini waffle or some bites of fruit)
9 am -10:30 am nap
11 am 4-5 oz bottle
12 pm lunch 1 Yobaby , maybe some string cheese and avocado
1:30 pm-3 pm nap
3:30 pm 4-5 oz bottle
5:30 pm dinner ( 1 stage 2 "dinner", sometimes 1/2 another stage 2 veggie, maybe some ground meat or shredded chicken)
6:45 pm bath, bottle (8 oz) bed
My DS use to be fairly predictable, but lately the schedule is just a "guideline" - he's all over the board some days. ?This is sort of what we do.
Wake - 7::30am ?7 oz formula (he doesn't like to eat in the morning before his nap)
Nap - 9am-11am (sometimes noon!)
11-12 noon ?Breakfast/Lunch - Yo Baby or stage 2 fruit and/or 1/4 cup Cheerios - we've also done mini waffles and toast from time to time
2pm 7 oz bottle
3pm Snack ?(Cheerios/puffs/mumums/fruit/yogart melts, etc.)
4-5:30 Nap?
5:30 dinner ?Stage 2 meat/fruit mix (the only way he'll eat meat), 1/2 another jar of fruit or veggies (sometimes he'll have a little of what we are having...rice, potatoes, pasta, ?etc.)
7:30-8 Bed
9:30 7 oz bottle (we "dreamfeed")
Sleeps all night
?We haven't done alot of table foods yet - still nervous about choking. ?I've been slowly letting him try stuff like cheese, but I haven't done ground meat or shredded meat yet. ?Also DS hates veggies....I have to sneak them in other food.
?GL in your new place.?
