  • My DS use to be fairly predictable, but lately the schedule is just a "guideline" - he's all over the board some days. ?This is sort of what we do.

Wake - 7::30am ?7 oz formula (he doesn't like to eat in the morning before his nap)

    Nap - 9am-11am (sometimes noon!)

11-12 noon ?Breakfast/Lunch - Yo Baby or stage 2 fruit and/or 1/4 cup Cheerios - we've also done mini waffles and toast from time to time

    2pm 7 oz bottle

    3pm Snack ?(Cheerios/puffs/mumums/fruit/yogart melts, etc.)

    4-5:30 Nap?

5:30 dinner ?Stage 2 meat/fruit mix (the only way he'll eat meat), 1/2 another jar of fruit or veggies (sometimes he'll have a little of what we are having...rice, potatoes, pasta, ?etc.)

    7:30-8 Bed

9:30 7 oz bottle (we "dreamfeed")

    Sleeps all night

?We haven't done alot of table foods yet - still nervous about choking. ?I've been slowly letting him try stuff like cheese, but I haven't done ground meat or shredded meat yet. ?Also DS hates veggies....I have to sneak them in other food.
