Broccoli Salad
4 - 5 Cups of fresh broccoli broken in to bite size pieces
1/2 C chopped onion
12-16 oz. bacon, fried & crumbled
1/2 C sunflower seeds
3/4 C raisins (optional)
Dressing:
1/2 C oil (I used olive oil)
1/2 C sugar
1/3 C packed brown sugar
1/4 C red wine vinegar
1 T worchestershire sauce
Mix all together, add sunflower seeds just before serving. Best if made in advanced and refrigerated before serving.
