dumb question..Can I use icy hot?

my knee is killing me. I think i need to sleep on my other side or use a bigger pillow between my knees.

yay or nay on the icy hot? what else will help?

I use stuff that's the same as icy hot, except it's made at bath and body works.

I never got a no from my doctor, and it keeps my back from splitting in half.:)

I'm not sure about icy hot. Try a heating pad or just some ice though. It may help. I'm not sure what icy hots are (cold, hot) haha!

I use a product called Biofreeze that is a lot like Icyhot and my doctor said that was fine.

I use biofreeze with out a problem...You can always use less and mix it with a bit of lotion if you don't feel super comfty using it.

just don't use it and a heating pad at the same time. (professional advice from a physical therapist)
