How long until AF after D&C?

    For those of you who have had a D&C, I was wondering how long it took for AF to show up again.  I'm now on day 37 of my cycle, and there's absolutely no sign of her.  She showed up right on time after my first m/c, but that time I had a natural m/c.  I guess my body must be confused.  Anyway, thanks for reading.

    Mine showed up 28 days post D&C, which is a typial cycle for me.  But i've seen women on here wait as long as 50-60 days.  You could call your doc and see if she will perscribe something to get the ball rolling.

    She came exactly 45 days after my D&E.

    Best of luck to you. I hope she comes soon!!!

    I think it was 36 days for me, and my normal cycle is 24-28s. I hope she comes soon for you! I know how annoying that wait was for me.

    Thanks so much.   My doctor told me to call her if I don't get it by May 1st, which will be 50 days.  Hopefully it won' t take that long!  Have a great weekend!

    Hi hon, it took 56 days for her to show for me. My cycles are a bit longer though, around 40 days. I hope she shows sooner for you!

    AF takes longer after a D&C than a natural m/c..... After my first it took 47 days, after my second it took 77 days (and 6 days of Provera).

    At 37 days, you are still well within the norm.  I know you are probably anxious to move on so it seems like a lot longer than it is!  Hang in there and I hope it shows in the near future.

    I've heard a variety of different wait times for ladies after a D&C.  I was shocked that mine started exactly one month after my D&C.  I guess I was expecting it to take longer. 
    From miscarriages, a diagnosis of a bicornuate uterus, and fibroid removal surgery...It's been quite the journey but it was all well worth it. Baby Birthday Ticker Ticker

    It took 50 days after my d & c, but it was 28 days on the dot after my hormones were back to non pregnant levels
