Oy! The nosebleeds... I force myself to NOT cry or get even slightly emotional because of them. At one of my last appts, I started to cry, and the Dr looked like this and said your nose is bleeding... Ended up sitting there for 40 mins trying to get that sucker to stop!

I vote for REALLY bad swelling in your feet and legs... and I am talking about when you CANNOT fit into any of your shoes and your clothing makes indentions into your legs.
lately ive been complaining about rib pain.. A LOT!! but today he seems to have moved down and these kicks to the cervix are very uncomfortable and very akward!!!!!
I've been sick with a cold for a week.. It's not bad enough I can't take cold medicines that'll put me to sleep but when I cough/sneeze or it causes me to lose control of my bladder and I pee a little..
And what's really bad is when I blow my nose in the am, I guess I make my throat so dry I throw up.. and then I pee again. =(
acne, ick. on my face (not quite as bad) but also on my back and shoulders. makes me so excited for the hot weather and tank tops/sundresses- that'll be lovely.
for me it's the lower back pain. i hate that i can't run/jog or even just do a lot of general physical activity anymore without paying for it with back pain at night. especially during home renovations, when normally i would really get in there and get my hands dirty!
I am going to say the insanely bad nausea I had through first and second tri and now the pregnancy induced carpal tunnel that has just continued to get worse over the last week or two. I am so done.
Most people who know me would probably say the hyperemesis.
But, to be honest, the ruination of my left hip is the worst thing, IMO. Sure, I'm attached to an IV and puking multiple times a day, but I can't walk, I can't lay down, I can't sit down without pain from my hip. It's horrible and maddening.
The only thing that helps is Vicodin, which I have to start weaning off of now so the baby isn't born addicted.
I had it with my 2nd, but not this bad. It was more painful than my contractions during labor and HUGE obstacle during L&D. My doula and I are working on techniques and she's going to be "in charge" of my left leg because, last time, the nurse kept dropping it, which made me scream.
It lasted 10wks PP and then started to ease up. I'm going to need intensive PT for it and I may never, ever have full, normal use of it (or my left leg) again.
It's awful. They think that hormone "relaxin" or whatever it is that comes out during pregnancy concentrated in my hip flexor and wiped it out.
I just hope it goes away some day! I don't want to limp forever.
Re: Since were all bored lets talk worst pregnancy symptom...

Erratic bowel movements, intense hip pain, incredible biitchiness (sometimes that one does come in handy though), fatigue.... what else...
**ETA**
HEARTBURN!!! And swelling, too.
Let's call mine a pregnancy side effect.
