Eper's what pump to use?

Hello I was wondering what pump you use? I currently BF but Im going back to work and I want a really good pump just  incase DD wants to wean herself at any time before 1y year I will continue to pump. I know EP is harder than BF so i hope she does not want to wean but I fear she may. If she does get a bottle now when I try to BF her she acts as if she forgot what she is doing and it takes a couple of days for her to remember and I will be working 5 days a week.I do live close to work so I will be able to go home and BF her for lunch. I currently have the Medela pump is style (not the advanced). Thank you.

  • Yes, continue BFing as much as you can--that will keep your supply up and going. ?As far as pumps go, I'd venture to say that the PISA is the most popular one for EPers. ?The PISA wasn't powerful enough for me and I ended up having to rent a hospital grade pumps--Medela Symphony--which is a great pump. ?Although I hate pumping, the Symphony is by far my favorite (I've tried the PISA and one other hospital grade but I don't remember which one). ?GL!

  • I've used the Medela Symphony and am currently renting a Lactina.  I really want to buy my own and I'm leaning towards a Lansinoh but my fear is that after the hospital grade pumps it won't be powerful enough.
  • I have the Freestyle (which I love), but your pump should work fine for you.

  • I used a PISA to EP but my sister used a PIS for a very long time and she did just fine.
  • I have the lansinoh and it works really well so far.  The is extremely affordable too.  The only problem is that it does not come with a travel case.

I only pump a couple times a day but I also have the Lansinoh and I love it!  I also wanted to mention you can buy a case for it at their website.
