Does your baby push back?

When my baby pushes and I can feel a body part with my hand, I give it a gentle nudge, hoping it will push back but it never does.  It just disappears back into my belly.  When will my baby give me a little nudge back?

    My kid obviously doesn't push back yet, but I did learn a new trick this week. If I lightly tap on my belly where I think the head is, I can get the kid to kick. It's pretty funny.

    Sometimes she pushes back, sometimes it just disappears. 2 nights ago DH was playing with her for like 5 minutes pushing back and forth--he thought it was hilarious! Last night when I tried, she didn't do anything.

    She definitely pushes back. Last week I started putting pressure on my ribs where she keeps kicking. I guess she didn't like it because she donkey kicked me hard in retaliation.

    mine pushes back now too, but i couldnt' tell you when that started...  it's a little freaky actually!

    Sometimes it disappears and sometimes it pushes back in a different spot. I'm convinced the baby really doesn't like hands on the belly because it always starts pushing them away.?

    I'm always trying to push Baby B out of my ribs.  I think he rounds his little back out against my rib cage and it HURTS!  He definitely pushes back because he certainly doesn't move!

    Baby A sits a little further back so it's harder to do with him.  I wish I could, especially when he starts kicking my cervix and bladder.  The joys have having 2 breech babies!

    Nah, not really. Just this week, though, he's started to squirm into some really uncomfortable places (i.e. I would love to do a PSA for baby: under mommy's right boob: NOT where she wants you to be!) If he is working his way up there, I can push a little and he'll readjust. But no pushing back, though that would be pretty interesting!

    Yeah she pushes back, not all the time though.

    DH was playing with her the other night and she kept kicking him back when he'd push down, he thought it was hillarious. You could tell he was having a blast LOL
