prenatal yoga

Does anyone know of a class that is held on Sundays?  I"m in the Royal Oak/Ferndale area but am willing to drive to get to one. TIA

    Red Lotus has a Sunday class, I believe, in the afternoon...ooooh.  Or is it Saturday in the afternoon?  Darn, now I don't remember!  But Lynn is awesome--it's a great class.

    If it ends up that her class is on Saturday...Do you practice yoga in general?  if so, you may be able to take ANY class you can find on a sunday, and just amend the poses to your comfort.

    I was just looking at the classes Beaumont has to offer.  They have a prenatal yoga class.  It's actually a pretty decent deal in terms of price.  It's $70 for 6 sessions.  I was thinking of looking into that.
