Mine started towards the end of my 7th week. I still have it, but only when I eat a normal size or big meal or drink OJ. If I eat small meals I am usually fine. I tend to get it at night...I guess because dinner is usually a larger meal. I have only have nausea though.
I had it for three weeks, beginning at week 5. Then my stressfull work situation went away, and so did the morning sickness (and by then I figured out what to eat to make me feel better... saltines were not doing it for me.)
Mine is slowly ramping up, starting at 4 weeks and 1 day. Right now it's just a lot of nausea and no puking, but I'm expecting the puking any time now. I sort of expected it since I have extreme motion sickness and a generally queasy stomach. I wasn't expecting it for a few more weeks though.
Mine started around 6 weeks... not really throwing up, but a constant feeling like seasickness, especially if I get hungry. Still going strong right now!
"For a long time there were only your footprints & laughter in our dreams & even from such small things, we knew we could not wait to love you forever."
Mine started around week 6. No throwing up...just uneasy stomach. Certain things make me feel ill. I also feel sick if i eat too much, so i eat little meals now. I have to move something away from me if i catch a whif of the sent.
Im going on my 8th week and it's gotten better, but i still have waves of it. Doc says it could last until week 14, or longer just depends on the person. I'm just happy i havent thrown up...although sometimes i wish i could to make me feel better. It's a no win.
Good luck.
Oh I find that cold things sooth me. Jamba Juice, Frozen Yogurt, ice cold water, sparkling water...etc.
mine started around 5 1/2 weeks, i had it really bad for the first month or so, then it started to taper off. the last couple of days are the first times i'm not feeling any queasiness (yay!) so i'm hoping it's done!
Started in week 5, it feels manageble today, but I have a feeling it's a fluke. I've mainly just had dry heaving, and although I'm thankful I'm keeping food and fluids down, I wish I could just get the 'ick' outta me. Despite my aversion to the thought of eating, I just figured out about two days ago that I have to eat every two hours. Once my stomach feels empty, the nausea is 10x worse, and it's even harder to get food down.
Re: Morning sickness?
Ugh. Sorry. My sis had the same thing with both her pregnancies.
Oh, and I don't have any yet. It's still very early.
I did gag while brushing my teeth this morning whichi I never have done in the past.
