I can get a medella advanced breast pump for $125.
It's in good condition and was only used for 5 months. Everything has been sterilized, but I would probably get some replacement parts just because.
Good deal? They seem to retail for quite a bit but I don't know too much about breast pumps.
How much do the replacement parts go for?
Re: Medella breast pump - is this a good deal?
I think that's key...finding out how much the replacement parts are.
And because its Friday, I'm going to go do research for you...BRB
That is a good deal. Here's the Medela site for pricing on replacement parts:

Ok so the breast shields are $30
The valves (I guess you need 2) and membranes kit is about $7
The cooling element (?? don't know if you would need to replace that) is $7
Looks like a good deal to me!
When I got a brand new one, Pump in style Advanced, from a medical supply (this was 2 years ago) for under $200 with no parts to buy or worries of steility (these are single user pumps) I would spend the extra cash. I am guessing the PIS would be about the same as my PISA was.
