Explosion-free diapers?

I am so sick of these Swaddlers! Every time he poops, it is a huge mess all up his back and staining whatever clothes he's wearing. He's in the right size, so it's not because they're too small.

It's a bummer cause I love how soft and stretchy they are...but it's not worth the mess. Any suggestions for a better diaper?

    Have you considered cloth diapers?  I have NEVER and I mean NEVER had an explosion. Just a thought, sorry I don't have any suggestions for sposies.

    I also use cloth diapers and have never had a blow-out in them. We use Seventh Generation when we're traveling, and for us, I've found those contain blow-outs better than the Pampers Swaddlers. You usually have to go up a size with the Seventh Generation though, they run a bit small.

    Luvs! I had the same prob. w/Pampers & Huggies, then my parents said they always used Luvs on us and had no probs. No leaks since!

    We use cloth too and have never had a poop explosion.
