  I know that because of all the herbal components you're not supposed to take it while pregnant. ?Not sure what that means for breastfeeding. ?Probably best to ask your ped. ?Or a pharmacist should be able to tell you whether Airborne (or any of it's ingredients in particular) are contraindicated with BFing.

  I remember there was a class action lawsuit against airborne claiming it didn't actually do anything..... something to think about;  whatever risk there may be might not even be worth it.
