I originally wanted to be surprised on the day I give birth regarding the gender...

but my mom and hubby have worn me down. I want to know what I'm having!

After browsing online, all boy or all girl stuff is SO much cuter than the gender neutral! Not to mention better selection, too.

There's also the baby shower -- it will be fun to go all pink or all blue

What are you girls doing??

We will most likely find out. We haven't made a final decision, but before we got our BFP we talked about finding out.

We are finding out the gender for sure! I cannot wait that long! Stick out tongue

But I don't want tons of pink for a little girl I think I will do a light lavender for a girl.

We are not finding out! ?We have talked about in the last couple of months buying some items for both girls and boys, ?and returning which ever we don't need, most store around here have a 90 return policy. ?Don't feel guilty about deciding to find out, we are getting a lot of negative feedback about not finding out that it is hard. ?But it is one of life's few true surprises!

I really love the nostalgia of not finding out, but I don't think I'll be able to do it. Maybe with my 2nd child or something, but I think waiting that long for this one will be too much for me!

Oh and I totally agree on the clothes. There's not much for gender neutral and they're not nearly as cute as gender specific clothing!

DH always said before that he wanted to be surprised, but this time around he's changing his tune "I don't want any surprises at all"...lol. It doesn't matter to me either way so it looks like we'll be finding out; I just want this baby to be healthy - yes cheesy I know.

I agree! there aren't very many pleasant surprises in life, I want to make this one last! That's a good idea to return ones you don't need...thanks for the warning about getting negative feedback...but I completely respect and understand why other women want to find out.

we are going to find out too!!! Daddy really wants a boy, he has a fear he wont relate to a little girl! lol i keep telling him he will be a wonderful daddy! i will be really happy either way altho my family is mostly men so it would be nice to add a girl to our family too

We definitely want to know. I'm not so crazy about gender neutral stuff I've seen, and I am a planner. If I really wanted to be surprised, though, I'd probably pick out two bed sets - one boy/one girl and then buy after baby was here. Nothing else I will buy will be gender specific, though, except clothes.

I always said I wanted it to be a surprise and my husband wanted to know. The second I heard the heartbeat- I totally changed my mind. I can't wait to find out if it is a boy or a girl!!!!!

We are finding out but we are not telling anyone else. We actually want the gender neutral stuff (long story) but want to know to pick a name and I want to decorate the nursery with the name. We are telling people at the shower, after they've bought us the neutral stuff.?
