  Old Navy or Target.  I just discovered this site too (got a catalog in the mail).  Pretty cheap but a little dressier.

  I got some really cute ones at Gap last year. Also J Crew and Banana sales - I just got a dress at Banana Republic for $9.95 and it was originally $225. Score!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  Inexpensive...usually Kohls or JC Penney's.  I never find anything at Target that doesn't look like it's for someone 13 years old.
