Please help me find a name for Jack's brother

Ds is Jack (John Charles) - we like classic names with short, energetic NNs.

If a dd, she'll be Julia Catherine.

If a ds, our possibilities are:

James Alexander, "Jay"

Alexander James, "Alex"

Samuel James, "Sam"

Henry Alexander - just Henry

I like them all a lot except the nn Jay. I like just James a million times better.

Next to that, my vote is for Sam.

Another suggestion would be Ben or Luke. I think those sound nice w/ Jack

I like Alexander and Samuel alot. I don't mind the nn Jay but I've never heard is used for James only for Jason. I'm just not a fan of Henry.

James, Samuel, and Alexander are all great. I like the way Jack goes with all three nicknames and for me, I don't want to have a mouthful to say with siblings names. ?I always think about how many times I'll say those words in combination...

My nephew is Jack and when my sister was pregnant again she was going to name him Sam if it was a boy (she had a girl), but I always thought Jack and Sam would work so well together!
