This has been working wonders for me...

When ever I have DS help me cook dinner, he eats it...no matter what it is.  If he can mix, dump veggies in, etc. he is excited to eat it.  Tonight, I made tacos.  For him, I put everything on tortilla chips and he ate everything, including the tomato. 

Not only am I getting a good eater, but a good helper as well!

    I have been trying this for a while - he stirs things, puts in chopped veggies, sprinkles cheese, etc etc etc. Still nada. He has a great time helping me cook, but still won't touch it.

    That has been one of the best tricks for us.  If J helps plan, shop, and cook then she's a lot more willing to try new foods.

    That is great.  Madelyn is just now being able to help out with making things like pancakes and cookies.  It's so much fun, isn't it!
