A friend of mine takes her 3 year old to see the storytime lady every Wednesday at the library in Plymouth or New Hope, can't remember which one. I don't think you need to sign up for it, though, I think it's open to the public.
Depends on the library, I know for East Lake and Central you do not have to register.
I have been to only 1 at East Lake, but it includes a playtime for the kids too. You also have a time to read a book on your own to your child. Which, I will be honest, does nothing for me at story time. I do that at my own house, I go to story time for someone else to read!
LOL yeah I dont want to read to him. We do that here all the time...although maybe a new book would be nice. I'm getting sick of Puppy love, and I could give a crap about bill, ben and bob and why do bill and bob have silky bows, and ben doesn't. I mean will somebody just get the dog a silky bow!?

It is still fun though.
