DS birthday is in February and we didn't get him much since he got SO much from Christmas. However, we are getting him a good amount of summer stuff for Easter. So it all equals out.

Little things mostly, I don't really remember! ?Maybe some books and clothes? ?Her bday is in February, we just had Xmas and the grandparents got the rest, I couldn't really think of anything useful to get her!
Each of DDs brother and sisters were allowed to pick out a gift to give DD and we paid for it which is why it looks like so much! DD got spring clothes, some board books, a sleeping beauty tea party table and chairs, little people pink airplane, Princess see and Say, Little Tikes First t-ball set, Fisher Price pink "popcorn" popper. From various family members, she got a Barbie ATV power wheel, a toy box filled with yogurt melts, finger foods, and clothes, a Little Mermaid Ride on toy for inside. For Christmas, I am going to ask for a bigger house to store all this stuff in!
The ball popper toy and a Baby Einstein DVD (for later). He didn't really need anything (especially since Christmas was 2 months earlier) and this was what I could come up with.
I made a display of black and white pictures for her wall from the past year. We also put her name on her wall. She also received a stand up activity table that she likes.
we got her the PBK anywhere chair and she LOVES it!! Other fave gifts she received were a membership to the zoo (our whole family in free + 3 free guest passes every time we go - I'm excited about that one!!) and the step2 push buggy car.
We got her a cake, decorations, and a room at the rec center to have her party in! LOL!
I was starting to think I was the only one who threw DD a party and didn't really get her anything. Our plan was to wait and see what she got for her party and then buy her something. She got tons and tons of toys and clothes and books, so we decided not to get her anything. It just seemed silly to buy something just for the sake of buying something.
Re: POLL: What did you get your LO for their 1st bday?
Childrens books and summer clothes. He was born in February and we needed to stock up on both.
2 dolls, ball, outdoor swing and magnetic letters and numbers.
I gave birth to him a year ago... isn't that enough?
Seriously, I got a Chicco activity table 75% off at Target this summer. That was his gift from us (we just kept it in the closet until his b-day).
4 wheeler from us along with other small things, like the farm fridge thing, bath toys, clothes, books
