1st Trimester

Vent - Sick of feeling sick . . .

So I have been REALLY blessed to not have any morning sickness but it's constant nausea. Whether I eat or just ate or hungry I am consistently feeling gross in my belly!!! It's off and on all day and all night. Even water makes me feel sick! I just can't stand feeling sick anymore!

Last night all I wanted for dinner was scrambled eggs with some diced up red bell pepper and a dry toast - followed by a homemade vanilla and banana milk shake LOL. The thought of any kind of meat or green vegetable makes me sicker than sick.

When will the consistently sick feeling go away??? At this rate we're never having sex again! I feel so guilty. My poor DH is never getting ass again!

  • I felt the exact same way. Meats and some vegetables, or anything for that matter still doesn't appeal to me. Mine has just starting getting better. I'm not nauseous as much now.

  • by the time you get to about 13-15 weeks you're going to be amazed at how much better you feel.
  • I hear you.  Today I actually feel much better but that is after three weeks of total misery, and only because I have my beloved anti-nausea meds.  DH has not gotten any in a looong time.  He is such a saint!
  • It just depends.  I am still sick and will be 14 weeks tomorrow.

  • I feel ya! I was sick for two weeks before I found out I was pregnant. Found out, starting taking vitamins and started to feel better for about a week. The last few days I've been having constant nausea, even water sits heavy on the stomach! Ahhh, to feel better soon...

  • I'm right there with ya. Constant nausea... CONSTANT. Yesterday the puking started for me, too... believe it or not, I'd rather puke and feel better for a little bit than just feel all around gross. Really looking forward to the next 5-8 weeks of this, really :)
